Paid Holidays for Employees Working Less than 11 Months. Employees with a regularly scheduled work year of less than eleven (11) months shall observe the following paid holiday provisions: Labor Day Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day Thanksgiving Days (2) Good Friday Christmas Days (2) Memorial Day New Year’s Day In addition, such employees shall receive one week’s pay (five (5) days pay at their regular rate for their regularly scheduled hours) for the week following Easter. The provisions of Sections 13.4 and 13.5, to the extent applicable, shall also apply to employees covered by this subsection.
