Common use of Paid Time Off; Holidays Clause in Contracts

Paid Time Off; Holidays. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to accrue up to twenty (20) days of paid time off (“PTO”) in each calendar year which shall be accrued ratably per pay period. Unused PTO cannot be carried over to the next calendar year and all unused PTO remaining at the end of a calendar year will be forfeited. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its executives.
