Paid Time Off; Holidays. In accordance with Company policies, Employee shall be entitled to accrue up to four (4) weeks of paid time off during each calendar year (January 1- December 31), subject to applicable maximum accrual caps; and Employee shall also be entitled to certain paid holidays.
