Common use of Paid Time Off; Holidays Clause in Contracts

Paid Time Off; Holidays. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to 3 weeks of paid time off (“PTO”) each full calendar year. The PTO shall be used for vacation and sick days. Any vacation shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and the Executive and shall be counted as PTO. Any PTO that the Executive is entitled to in any calendar year that is not used by the end of such calendar year shall be forfeited. Holidays shall be provided in accordance with Company policy, as in effect from time to time.
