Panel Manager. 6.1.1 The Panel Manager will represent Finance and will administer this Head Agreement on behalf of the Commonwealth and each Agency. 6.1.2 The Panel Manager has authority to deal with the Service Provider in relation to the Service Provider’s responsibilities under this Head Agreement.

Panel Manager. The person nominated by the Commonwealth to act as the panel manager under this Panel Agreement, who for the time being is the Assistant Director Capital Facilities Processes and Compliance, Capital Facilities and Infrastructure Branch. The panel particulars set out in Appendix 1 to these Panel Conditions. The system set out in Section 3 of this Panel Agreement, referred to in clause 6 (located at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or any other alternative location notified by the Commonwealth), as amended from time to time. The relevant detailed consultant's activities proposal set out in Section 7 of this Panel Agreement.
Panel Manager. The Panel Manager will act as the point of contact for the Commonwealth with the Consultant for the purposes of this Panel Agreement. If the Panel Manager changes, the Commonwealth will notify the Consultant.
Panel Manager. The person who the Commonwealth nominates to act as the panel manager under this Panel Agreement, who at the beginning of the Term is Assistant Director Construction Contracts. The system referred to in clause 6 and outlined in Appendix 5, which will (from the date notified in writing by the Panel Manager to the Consultant) be set out in detail in the Defence Infrastructure Manual (located at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx/xx/ (or any other alternative location notified by the Commonwealth)), as amended from time to time.
Panel Manager. ‌ (a) The Lead Agency will appoint a Panel Manager. The Panel Manager is the contact person for the Provider in relation to all matters of an administrative nature relating to this Head Agreement. The Panel Manager may authorise another person or persons to act on their behalf. (b) The Lead Agency may appoint another person to replace the Panel Manager by providing Notice to the Provider.

  • City Manager “City Manager” means the City Manager of City or his or her designee.

  • General Management In the discharge of its general duty to manage the successful performance of the Services, Vendor shall: 3.2.1.1. within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, identify to Citizens the primary and secondary management contacts responsible for the oversight and management of Services for Citizens; 3.2.1.2. ensure Vendor Staff tasked with management and oversight of the Services are available promptly to perform Services during Business Hours; 3.2.1.3. ensure each assigned Adjuster submits a time record directly to Vendor’s manager or point of contact. At any time during this Agreement, Citizens may require copies of time records from Vendor; 3.2.1.4. ensure that no Vendor Staff carries a weapon on their person while performing Services; 3.2.1.5. ensure that no Vendor Staff uses impairing drugs, chemicals, or alcohol while performing Services; 3.2.1.6. ensure that Vendor Staff avoid using their duties and obligations under this Agreement to engage in any conduct that could create either an actual or perceived conflict of interest, such as due to an ongoing business relationship with an entity other than Citizens that would enable Vendor Staff to receive an improper benefit or unfair competitive advantage; 3.2.1.7. ensure that the Services comply with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines as applicable to each Service Category and any other policies or processes set forth by Citizens, including but not limited to: a. monitoring applicable file production on a weekly basis to determine compliance with Citizens’ production requirements; and, b. providing detailed reports to Citizens related to Vendor performance upon request.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee In recognition of the mutual benefits of open communications and on-going consultation between the faculty and the employer, the Labour/Management Relations Committee will meet on a regular basis and have equal representation for the Union and the Employer. The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. (b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. (c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request. (d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. (e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Liaison Each Party shall designate a liaison to facilitate a cooperative working relationship between the Contractor and the Agency in the performance and administration of this Contract.
