Common use of Panel Membership Clause in Contracts

Panel Membership. The Local 804/UPS Grievance Panel shall have jurisdiction over all Teamster represented UPS facilities within Local 804’s jurisdiction. The Panel shall be composed of members or alternates representing the Union and members or alternates representing the Employer and the arbitrator. Any member of the Panel so designated by the Union or Employer who may die, resign, become incapacitated, or be removed may be replaced. Panel members, other than the arbitra- tor must be full time employees of the Union or the Employer.
