Parameters for Course Assignments. If there are multiple sections of a course offered, all sections shall be offered and distributed in the above manner. The exact process by which the College will post the list of courses available for Bargaining Unit Faculty to teach, and by which Bargaining Unit Faculty shall indicate their preferences, will be determined by mutual agreement of the College and the Union and will be annexed to this Agreement as Appendix D.
