Parental/Adoption Leave with Allowance. (1) There shall be one period of parental/adoption leave with allowance per pregnancy or adoption. Where both parents are Members the period of the parental/adoption leave with allowance may be taken wholly by one parent or shared between the two parents during the same time period or separately.
