Parental/Adoption Leave without Allowance. (1) Where both parents are Members, each Member is entitled to take up to thirty-seven (37) weeks of parental/adoption leave without allowance. A period of parental/adoption leave without allowance shall not be greater than thirty-seven (37) weeks and is subject to the limits set out in Clauses 26.30(5), 26.31 and 26.32(2)(k). The Member taking parental/adoption leave without allowance may do so simultaneously or contiguously with the Member taking parental/adoption leave with allowance.
