Parental Control Devices. Franchisee shall provide to subscribers, upon request, parental control devices that allow any channel or channels to be locked out. Such devices shall block both the video and the audio portion of such channels to the extent that both are unintelligible. In accordance with the Cable Act [47 U.S. C. Section 569], Franchisee agrees to block the video and audio portions of all primarily adult programming services.
Parental Control Devices. Upon request by any Subscriber, Grantee shall make available a parental control or lockout device, traps, or filters to enable a Subscriber to control access to both the audio and video portions of any or all Channels. Grantee shall inform its Subscribers of the availability of the lockout device at the time of their initial subscription and periodically thereafter.
Parental Control Devices. (a) Grantee must provide subscribers, upon request, with a remote control PIN code, or similar parental control device that enables a subscriber to block the reception of video signals from selected channels on the cable television system, including any premium or pay-per- view channel that is scrambled.
(b) Grantee must provide to subscribers written instructions on the methods by which selected channels on the cable television system may be restricted or blocked.
Parental Control Devices. Pursuant to Section 641 of the Cable Act, Grantee shall allow Subscribers the use of parental control devices.
Parental Control Devices. Upon the request of a subscriber, the supplier shall provide (by sale or lease) to each subscriber, one of the following devices by which the subscriber can block completely the video and audio signals of a particular cable service during periods selected by that subscriber:
1. A parental control device; or
2. A converter with a parental control feature; or
3. Within a reasonable time after the request, a filter, trap or other method or device. The choice of such device shall be at the subscriber's election, to the extent required under applicable law, and shall be delivered in the shortest period required under applicable law after the subscriber's request.

The Company shall, within forty-eight (48) hours of a Subscriber's written or oral request, provide to each Subscriber, at the Subscriber's option, one of the following devices by which the Subscriber can block completely the video and audio Signals of a particular Cable Service during periods selected by that Subscriber: (i) a parental control device; or (ii) a converter with a parental control feature; or (iii) within a reasonable time after the request, a filter, trap or other method or device.

23.1.1. a parental control device; or

23.1.3. within a reasonable time after the request, a filter, trap, or other method or device.

Grantee must provide subscribers, upon request, with a parental control device, “lockbox,” or digital code which enables the subscriber to block the reception of video and audio signals from selected channels on the cable system, including any premier or pay-per-view channel that is scrambled. Grantee may charge subscribers for the cost of a converter box if such box is required in order to provide the parental control device. Grantee must provide to subscribers written instructions on the methods by which selected channels may be restricted or blocked.
Parental Control Devices. (a) Grantee must provide subscribers upon request with a “trap,” “lockbox,” digital code, or similar parental control device that enables a subscriber to block the reception of video and audio signals from selected channels on the cable television system, including any premium or pay-per-view channel that is scrambled.
(b) No additional, continuing charge for the use of any such parental control device may be imposed by Grantee if that device is incorporated into equipment, such as a decoder, for which a subscriber is already paying a charge.
(c) Upon request, Grantee must provide to subscribers written instructions on the methods by which selected channels on the cable television system may be restricted or blocked.

Upon the request of a Subscriber, and in accordance with applicable law, the Company shall, provide (by sale or lease) to each Subscriber, a parental control device by which the Subscriber can block completely the video and audio Signals of a particular Cable Service during periods selected by that Subscriber. The choice of such device shall be at the Subscriber's election, to the extent permissible under applicable law, and shall be delivered in the shortest period permissible under applicable law after the Subscriber's request.
