PROCEDURE FOR GRIEVANCES AFFECTING A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES The Union may elect to file a grievance on behalf of two or more employees. The facts and issues of the grievance must be the same.
VACANCIES, PROMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS A. The Board recognizes that it is desirable in making assignments to consider the interests and aspirations of its teachers. Requests by a teacher for a transfer to a different class, building, or position shall be made in writing, one copy of which shall be filed with the Superintendent. Such requests shall be renewed once each year to assure active consideration by the Board. The Board will give serious consideration to such requests.
Admission and Enrollment of Students For a student to be accepted and enrolled into a dual credit program, the STUDENT shall:

Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.
RIGHTS OF THE EMPLOYER The Employer reserves and retains, solely and exclusively, all management rights, powers, and authority, including the right of management to manage, control, and direct its work forces and operations except those as may be modified under this Agreement.
Evaluation and Comparison of Tenders 2.24.1 The Procuring entity will evaluate and compare the tenders which have been determined to be substantially responsive, pursuant to paragraph 2.22
