Park City as Operator. 4.1.1 The City shall operate the Park City Electric Xpress within the Greater Park City Area as constituted as of July 1, 2021, which includes the Snyderville Basin of Summit County, Utah, until April 30, 2024. Until that date, the City shall be responsible for all operations and expenses of the Electric Xpress service.
