PARKING FACILITIES FOR EMPLOYEES. Where parking facilities for employees are operated by the Division, they shall be made available for use by members of the staff under the following terms and conditions: (a) Parking facilities will be provided by the Division where in the opinion of the Division, land is available for this purpose without curtailing the playground requirements of a school. The Division will levy an annual rent to be paid by employees using the parking facilities. The annual rental will be equal for all employees using the parking facilities and the aggregate rent will be sufficient to cover the aggregate cost of providing and maintaining all the parking facilities, excluding the cost of providing the land. The money advanced by the Division, for the construction of parking facilities, shall be repaid, from the rents collected in twenty (20) annual consecutive installments of principal and interest of an approximate equal aggregate annual amount. In the case of money advanced by the Division to pay for the equity in existing parking facilities, the number of annual installments shall be twenty (20), minus the number of years that the facility being acquired has been in existence. The money advanced by the Division for the construction of existing parking facilities at the Administration Building, Technical-Vocational High School, St. John's, Xxxxxx, River Heights and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Schools, shall bear interest on outstanding balances at the following rate: 3% for the First 5 year period 4% for the Second 5 year period 5% for the Third 5 year period 6% for the Fourth 5 year period calculated from the date in each instance that the money was advanced by the Division. All money advanced by the Division, for the construction of other parking facilities including any new facilities to be constructed at the aforementioned locations, shall bear interest at the same rate as the Division is required to pay from time to time on any borrowing from its Bank during the period the advance from the Division remains unpaid. It is not intended that there shall be a surplus or deficit from the operation of the parking facilities. (b) Nothing herein contained is to be construed as an obligation on the part of the Division to acquire land or any interest in the land for parking purposes.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.

  • Parking Facilities The parking facilities appurtenant to the Building include asphalt surface parking for visitor parking and a separate parking structure for monthly parking (“Parking Structure”). Tenant shall be entitled to use commencing on the earlier of the Commencement Date or Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises, eight (8) vehicle parking spaces within the Parking Structure for the monthly parking of Tenant’s employees. Two of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the reserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, four (4) of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, and the remaining two (2) parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved rooftop, uncovered portion of the Parking Structure. Tenant’s use of the Parking Structure shall be based upon a non-exclusive use in common with Landlord, other tenants of the Building, and their guests and invitees. Tenant shall not use more parking spaces than said number, or any spaces (a) which have been specifically assigned by Landlord to other tenants or for such other uses as visitor parking or (b) which have been designated by governmental entities of competent jurisdiction as being restricted to certain uses. Landlord reserves the right to erect such security and access and egress control devices as it may reasonably deem to be appropriate (including, without limitation card controlled gates) and Tenant agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord in such matters. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. If Tenant permits or allows any of such prohibited activities, then Landlord shall have the right, without notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved and charge the cost to Tenant, which cost shall be immediately payable upon demand by Landlord.

  • Access to Employees Staff representatives of the Union shall be allowed to visit work areas of employees during working hours and confer on conditions of employment to the extent that such visitations do not disrupt the work activities of the area being visited. Prior to entering the work area, the representative shall receive permission from the appropriate department head or his/her designee stating the reason(s) for such visitations. Permission shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.

  • Displaced Employees In the event of a reduction in the work force, regular employees shall be laid-off in reverse order of seniority, provided that there are available employees with greater seniority who are qualified and willing to do the work of the employees laid-off. An employee who is qualified and yet unwilling to do the work shall be laid-off.

  • Other Employees Except as may be required in the performance of Employee’s duties hereunder, Employee shall not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, any person now or hereafter employed by the Company or any of its affiliates to terminate such employment. This obligation shall remain in effect while Employee is employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • Company Employees Each Party shall not, directly or indirectly solicit for employment, any employee of the other Party who has been directly involved in the performance of this Agreement during the Term and for one year after the earlier of the termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of such individual's employment, with the other Party.   • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.
