Examples of Aggregate Rent in a sentence

  • Anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, in no event shall Lessor be required to pay the Aggregate Rent Refund in the event of any termination of this Lease resulting from the occurrence of an Event of Default or a rejection of this Lease in a bankruptcy case involving Lessee.
