Common use of PARKING PERMITS Clause in Contracts

PARKING PERMITS. Where applicable, it is Tenant's responsibility to have a parking permit displayed where directed by the issuing authority. If Tenant does not display a parking permit if required, Tenant may receive a parking ticket and/or be towed at Tenant’s expense. Landlord is not responsible for parking facilities or parking tickets. No commercial, inoperable and/or unlicensed vehicles are permitted on the premises at any time. Such vehicles will be ticketed and towed at owner's expense.
