Parking Rules and Conditions. Use of the Building garage and/or Parking Garage 3B by Tenant, its employees, agents and business invitees is subject to the reasonable rules and regulations of Landlord and/or the Building garage and/or Parking Garage 3B operator as may be reasonably promulgated or amended by Landlord and/or the Building and/or Parking Garage 3B garage operator from time to time. All monthly parking space contracts obtained by Tenant are non-transferable other than to permitted sublessees and assignees hereunder.

Parking Rules and Conditions. Use of the Building garage by Tenant, its employees, agents and business invitees is subject to the reasonable rules and regulations of Landlord and/or the Building garage operator as may be promulgated or amended by Landlord and/or the Building garage operator from time to time. All monthly parking space contracts obtained by Tenant are non- transferable other than to permitted sublessees and assignees hereunder. If Tenant fails to maintain, or elects to purchase fewer than, the full number of monthly parking space contracts to which it is entitled under Section 13.01, above, Tenant's right to purchase the remaining contracts shall expire and be of no further force or effect.

Parking Rules and Conditions. Use of the Garage by Tenant, its employees, agents and business invitees is subject to the rules and regulations of Landlord and/or the Garage operator as may be promulgated or amended by Landlord and/or the Garage operator from time to time, as well as any parking easement that may encumber the Garage from time to time. All monthly Parking Contracts obtained by Tenant are non-transferable other than to permitted sublessees and assignees hereunder. If after thirty (30) days following the Term Commencement Date Tenant fails to maintain, or elects to purchase fewer than, the full number of monthly Parking Contracts to which it is entitled under Section 13.01, above, Tenant’s right to purchase the unused Parking Contracts shall expire and be of no further force or effect; provided that Tenant shall have the right to request additional Parking Contracts (not to exceed the maximum number of Parking Contracts Tenant is entitled to receive under this Lease). Tenant’s request for such additional Parking Contracts shall be subject to availability, and if Landlord determines that such additional Parking Contracts are not available, Landlord shall have no obligation to provide said additional Parking Contracts to Tenant.
Parking Rules and Conditions. Use of the Parking Garage, the spaces in the Lot 7 Parking Garage and any other parking facilities of the Project by Tenant, its employees, business invitees, and permitted subleesses and assignees is further subject to the reasonable rules and regulations of Landlord as may be promulgated or amended by Landlord from time to time in Landlord’s reasonable discretion. Landlord shall at all times during the Term of this Lease have in place reasonable policies to prevent the use of the spaces exclusively designated for Tenant’s use in the Parking Garage by other users of the Project, during Building Hours, including without limitation any users of the Residential Portion or other portions of the Project.

  • PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations govern the use of the parking facilities which serve the Building. Tenant will be bound by such rules and regulations and agrees to cause its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to observe the same: 1. Tenant will not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, subtenants, customers or invitees to be loaded, unloaded or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. No vehicles are to be left in the parking areas overnight and no vehicles are to be parked in the parking areas other than normally sized passenger automobiles, motorcycles and pick-up trucks. No extended term storage of vehicles is permitted. 2. Vehicles must be parked entirely within painted stall lines of a single parking stall. 3. All directional signs and arrows must be observed. 4. The speed limit within all parking areas shall be five (5) miles per hour. 5. Parking is prohibited: (a) in areas not striped for parking; (b) in aisles or on ramps; (c) where “no parking” signs are posted; (d) in cross-hatched areas; and (e) in such other areas as may be designated from time to time by Landlord or Landlord’s parking operator. 6. Landlord reserves the right, without cost or liability to Landlord, to tow any vehicle if such vehicle’s audio theft alarm system remains engaged for an unreasonable period of time. 7. Washing, waxing, cleaning or servicing of any vehicle in any area not specifically reserved for such purpose is prohibited. 8. Landlord may refuse to permit any person to park in the parking facilities who violates these rules with unreasonable frequency, and any violation of these rules shall subject the violator’s car to removal, at such car owner’s expense. Tenant agrees to use its best efforts to acquaint its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees with these parking provisions, rules and regulations. 9. Parking stickers, access cards, or any other device or form of identification supplied by Landlord as a condition of use of the parking facilities shall remain the property of Landlord. Parking identification devices, if utilized by Landlord, must be displayed as requested and may not be mutilated in any manner. The serial number of the parking identification device may not be obliterated. Parking identification devices, if any, are not transferable and any device in the possession of an unauthorized holder will be void. Landlord reserves the right to refuse the sale of monthly stickers or other parking identification devices to Tenant or any of its agents, employees or representatives who willfully refuse to comply with these rules and regulations and all unposted city, state or federal ordinances, laws or agreements. 10. Loss or theft of parking identification devices or access cards must be reported to the management office in the Development immediately, and a lost or stolen report must be filed by the Tenant or user of such parking identification device or access card at the time. Landlord has the right to exclude any vehicle from the parking facilities that does not have a parking identification device or valid access card. Any parking identification device or access card which is reported lost or stolen and which is subsequently found in the possession of an unauthorized person will be confiscated and the illegal holder will be subject to prosecution. 11. All damage or loss claimed to be the responsibility of Landlord must be reported, itemized in writing and delivered to the management office located within the Development within ten (10) business days after any claimed damage or loss occurs. Any claim not so made is waived. Landlord is not responsible for damage by water or fire, or for the acts or omissions of others, or for articles left in vehicles. In any event, the total liability of Landlord, if any, is limited to Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for all damages or loss to any car. Landlord is not responsible for loss of use.

  • CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. For the duration of an Authorized User Agreement, the Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license duration, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits). Contractor is responsible for providing physical and logical security for all Data, infrastructure (e.g. hardware, networking components, physical devices), and software related to the services the Contractor is providing under the Authorized User Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.

  • BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations shall apply, where applicable, to the Premises, the Building, the parking facilities (if any), the Property and the appurtenances. In the event of a conflict between the following rules and regulations and the remainder of the terms of the Lease, the remainder of the terms of the Lease shall control. Capitalized terms have the same meaning as defined in the Lease.

  • Insurance Terms and Conditions Company must maintain the following limits and coverages uninterrupted or amended through the term of this Agreement. In the event Company becomes in default of the following requirements, Authority reserves the right to take whatever actions it deems necessary to protect its interests. Required liability policies other than Workers’ Compensation / Employer’s Liability will provide that Authority, members of Authority’s governing body, and Authority’s officers, volunteers and employees are included as additional insureds.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. All Services covered under Lot 4 – Implementation Services must be performed within CONUS. An RFQ for this Lot will be awarded based on, and result in, a deliverable-based Statement of Work (SOW) which will be incorporated into an Authorized User Agreement. The RFQ will include but is not limited to: Authorized User timeframes; system integration requirements; and other risks that may affect the cost to the Authorized User. All responses to RFQs must include detailed price information, including but not limited to: hours required per title, cost per hour, etc. Travel, lodging and per diem costs must be itemized in the total quote and may not exceed the rates in the NYS OSC Travel Policy. More information can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/travel/travel.htm. All costs must be itemized and included in the Contractor’s quote. Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law provides for more meaningful participation in public procurement by certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (“SDVOB”), thereby further integrating such businesses into New York State’s economy. OGS recognizes the need to promote the employment of service-disabled veterans and to ensure that certified service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have opportunities for maximum feasible participation in the performance of OGS contracts. In recognition of the service and sacrifices made by service-disabled veterans and in recognition of their economic activity in doing business in New York State, Bidders are expected to consider SDVOBs in the fulfillment of the requirements of the Contract. Such participation may be as subcontractors or suppliers, as protégés, or in other partnering or supporting roles.

  • General Terms and Conditions During the term of this Contract, Contractor agrees to procure and maintain insurance which meets all County’s requirements in the General Terms and Conditions.

  • CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS This section sets forth the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement.   • Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Lessor or such other person(s) as Lessor may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable rules and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”) for the management, safety, care, and cleanliness of the grounds, the parking and unloading of vehicles and the preservation of good order, as well as for the convenience of other occupants or tenants of the Building and the Project and their invitees. Lessee agrees to abide by and conform to all such Rules and Regulations, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees to so abide and conform. Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee for the non-compliance with said Rules and Regulations by other tenants of the Project.

  • Changes to these Terms and Conditions Reserving the right to change these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper delivery of education at the School. The School will send you notice of any such modifications prior to the end of the penultimate term before the modifications are to take effect.
