Parks Alive. Parks Alive! remains an integral part of the annual summer experience in Kelowna for both its citizens and visitors, a “civic asset”. Since the program's inception in 1997 it has responded to changes in community interest and need by creating new events, adding new locations, and expanding content. Parks Alive! shows will continue to: • create high calibre, accessible, and engaging entertainment experiences that our citizens feel a sense of "ownership" and pride in • help neighbors connect • appeal to a wide range of interests and ages • offer a diversity of content including musical performances, dance, spoken word and theatre Date(s): • 2023 will be the 25th year of Parks Alive! • 38 events will be held between Tuesday, July 4th through to Saturday, August 26th • Events will be held 5 days a week, running Tuesday through Saturday Location(s): • Pending finalization of the event schedule in early 2023, up to 18 different parks and public spaces located in neighborhoods all over the community will be used • In collaboration with the DKA, City of Kelowna and Tourism Kelowna, events will be scheduled in coordination with the Xxxxxxx Avenue “Meet Me on Xxxxxxx” initiative Programming will include:

  • HUSBAND’S PROPERTY It is declared by the Couple that, under this Agreement, the Husband shall be the owner of the following assets and property: (continued on Attachment C if required, incorporated herein by reference)

  • Group Life Insurance Plan Section 1 - Eligibility Regular full-time and regular part-time employees who are on staff January 1, 1979 or who join the staff following this date shall, upon completion of the three-month probationary period, become members of the Group Life Insurance Plan as a condition of employment.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan 9.9.1 The College agrees to implement a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan for participation by employees. For regular employees who wish to participate in the Plan, the College agrees to contribute the total amount of the annual contribution by the fifteenth of the first month of the Benefit Year. The employee shall repay that contribution through payroll deduction in equal instalments throughout the Benefit Year.

  • Security Systems The Service may not be compatible with security systems. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.

  • Family Sick Leave An employee may use Family Sick Leave for the illness of a member of the employee's immediate family who requires the care and assistance of the employee. Up to eighty (80) hours per calendar year of the employee’s accumulated unused sick leave may be used for this purpose.

  • Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who:

  • Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan The Hospital also agrees to make the Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan (HOOVLIP) available to the nurses subject to the provisions of HOOVLIP at no cost to the Hospital.
