Parochial Runs/Other School Runs. When a parochial school or other school is in session on any day(s) the Springfield Schools are not and the transportation is to be provided, the regular assigned driver/monitor shall have the first opportunity to work and shall receive his regular hourly rate of pay. With the unavailability of the regular assigned driver/monitor said parochial runs or other schools shall be offered to the next contracted driver/monitor on the extra work/trip list who is available. These drivers/monitors shall be paid Step one (1).
