Part II – PERFORMANCE STANDARDS. At quarterly meetings the supervisor and employee shall discuss the employee’s performance against the goals and targets previously developed for their position. The supervisor should discuss with the employee areas of excellence or areas of concern with regard to each of the various performance standards for the position. The supervisor is only required to fill out and numerically score each category once annually for the yearly performance review.
