Common use of Part-time Progression on the Wage Grid Clause in Contracts

Part-time Progression on the Wage Grid. Part-time employees shall accumulate service for the purpose of progression on the wage grid on the basis of one year each one thousand, five hundred sixty five (1,565) hours of regular straight-time hours worked.
