Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility. The following supervisors covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the supervisor's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time. This means: 1. Supervisors who hold part-time appointments and who are scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours but less than sixty (60) hours per pay period for twelve (12) consecutive months. 2. Supervisors who hold part-time appointments and who are scheduled to work at least one thousand forty four (1044) hours over a period of any twelve (12) consecutive months. The partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages is seventy-five (75) percent of the full Employer Contribution.
