Participant Systems. (1) Eurex Clearing may assign Configuration Parameter to Participant Systems. In this case, the Contractual Party shall be obligated to communicate with the Clearing EDP exclusively by means of the assigned Configuration Parameter.

Participant Systems. Participant is responsible for ensuring that Participant systems are compatible with the Marketplace and that comply with all configurations and specifications described in the Documentation. Participant assumes full responsibility, including expenses, for remote connectivity necessary for the transmission/receipt of data and to access and use the Marketplace. Participant represents and covenants that Participant systems are in compliance with any applicable security requirements. Participant shall be responsible for and shall maintain, in connection with its and its Authorized Users’ use of the Marketplace, adequate technical, physical, and procedural controls and system security requirements and devices to ensure that access to the Marketplace is limited to its Authorized Users and to ensure privacy, confidentiality, integrity, authorization, authentication, virus and other malware detection and eradication, and other data and network security of Participant Systems.
Participant Systems. As between Participant and Simply Connect, Participant shall procure, configure, and maintain any software and/or hardware controlled by Participant that is necessary to use the HIE and on which Participant stores HIE Content and/or through which Participant transmits data to the HIE.
