Participant’s Right to Postpone Leave. A Participant may on one occasion only, by notice given to the Company not less than six months before his Leave of Absence, postpone his Leave of Absence for up to one year, provided that commencement of the Participant’s Leave of Absence will not thereby be postponed to a date later than 6 years after the Commencement Date.
