Participating Researchers. This MOU is intended, among other objectives, to xxxxxx increased interaction among faculty, staff, and advanced graduate students engaged in scientific and scholarly research in areas of mutual interest (“Participating Researchers”). In support of this effort, each Participant will promote the exchange of research personnel for short periods of time so that they may become familiar with the facilities, methodologies, research culture and particular areas of focus of the other Participant.

Participating Researchers. All Participant employees, subcontractors, and affiliates assigned by the Participant for the performance of the research must be identified in the table below. It is understood and agreed that the Participant’s key personnel designated below are considered to be essential to the work being performed hereunder and shall not be reassigned or replaced without prior Regents’ approval, except where such circumstances are beyond the reasonable control of the Participant. The Participant shall notify The RegentsProject Representative reasonably in advance and shall submit justification (including proposed substitutions) in sufficient detail to permit evaluation of the impact on the performance of this CRADA. If for any reason any of the participating researchers becomes unavailable or is not able to complete the LBNL affiliate process (xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.xxx/service-offerings/affiliates/) as implemented for NAWI at LBNL within six (6) months of the start date of this CRADA, the Participant shall notify The Regents and a mutually acceptable successor shall be assigned.   • Additional Information for Product Development Projects Outcome of product development efforts, such copyrights and license agreements. • Units sold or projected to be sold in California and outside of California. • Total annual sales or projected annual sales (in dollars) of products developed under the Agreement. • Investment dollars/follow-on private funding as a result of Energy Commission funding. • Patent numbers and applications, along with dates and brief descriptions.  Additional Information for Product Demonstrations: • Outcome of demonstrations and status of technology. • Number of similar installations. • Jobs created/retained as a result of the Agreement.

  • Team Teaching Unit members participating in team teaching assignments will receive formula hour credit in proportion to the percentage of in-class involvement. When team-taught class sizes exceed the normal, the formula conditions specified in Section 4.3.3 shall apply.

  • Subrecipients when submitting financial reporting packages to DEO for audits done in accordance with 2 CFR 200, Subpart F - Audit Requirements, or Chapters 10.550 (local governmental entities) and 10.650 (nonprofit and for-profit organizations), Rules of the Auditor General, should indicate the date that the reporting package was delivered to Subrecipient in correspondence accompanying the reporting package.

  • Referred Participating Teacher a. A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an unsatisfactory Summary Evaluation.

  • DESIGNATED PERSONNEL The Contractor will provide the Designated Personnel listed below for the duration of the Contract at no charge to the State. Information regarding the Designated Personnel is set forth in Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information. Contractor must notify OGS within five (5) business days if any of the Designated Personnel change, and provide an interim contact person until the position is filled. Contractor may submit a Designated Personnel change by submission electronically via e-mail of a revised Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information to the OGS Contract Administrator. The Designated Personnel must have the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor: Account Manager The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. Contract Administrator The Contract Administrator is responsible for the updating and management of the Contract on a timely basis. Sales Manager The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the Authorized Users for matters relating to RFQs.

  • TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution, visits that other State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.
