  • TERMINATION/CANCELLATION Cancellation of orders once placed with or accepted by Seller can be made only with Seller’s consent. Should Buyer, due to good cause, desire to affect the cancellation of an accepted order, Seller will accept such cancellation on the following basis:

  • Funding Cancellation As required by Financial Management Circular 2007-1 and IC § 5-22-17-5, when the Director of the State Budget Agency makes a written determination that funds are not appropriated or otherwise available to support continuation of performance of this Contract, this Contract shall be canceled. A determination by the Director of State Budget Agency that funds are not appropriated or otherwise available to support continuation of performance shall be final and conclusive.

  • Voluntary Cancellation Subject to the payment of SIMEST Break Costs, the Borrower may, if it gives the Agent not less than thirty-five (35) days’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part of the Available Facility.   • Service Termination, Cancellation, or Suspension If you wish to cancel the Service, you may contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. Any payment(s) that have begun processing before the requested cancellation date will be processed by us. You agree that we may terminate or suspend your use of the Service at any time and for any reason or no reason. Neither termination, cancellation nor suspension shall affect your liability or obligations under this Agreement.
