Incomplete Applications. Applications deemed incomplete by both the Local 1 Unit President and a District Human Resources staff member responsible for classification will be rejected. Incomplete Applications. (a) Within 10 days of receipt of an in- complete application, the Agency will provide the seller and buyer written notice of any additional information that must be provided.
