In the event of a conflict between the document titled “Advertising Contract” and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall govern. This Contract also includes the terms of any accompanying addendum. “We,” “our” or “us” means AGI Publishing, Inc., a California corporation doing business as: Valley Yellow Pages, xxxx.xxx, and The Buy Local Media Group. “You” or “your” means the person or other legal entity shown after “Advertiser.” “Advertisement” or “Advertising” means the information and images for your business that will be entered into and provisioned on our website. This Contract is not binding on us until accepted by our management, which may be conditional. Acceptance may be evidenced by the appearance of the Advertising on our website.

  • ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN AN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT Additional Contractor Terms and Conditions may become part of an Authorized User Agreement in accordance with Section 28 of Appendix B. A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.

  • Compliance Between Individual Contract and Master Agreement An individual contract between the Board and an individual employee, heretofore or hereafter executed, shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement during its duration shall be controlling.

  • Where one Contracting Party or its designated agency has guaranteed any indemnity against non-commercial risks in respect of an investment by any of its investors in the territory of the other Contracting Party and has made payment to such investors in respect of their claims under this Agreement, the other Contracting Party agrees that the first Contracting Party or its designated agency is entitled by virtue of subrogation to exercise the rights and assert the claims of those investors. The subrogated rights or claims shall not exceed the original rights or claims of such investors.

  • PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT This Contract is solely between the Company and the SBA which administers the FHCF. In no instance shall any insured of the Company or any claimant against an insured of the Company, or any other third party, have any rights under this Contract, except as provided in Article XIV. The SBA will only disburse funds to the Company, except as provided for in Article XIV of this Contract. The Company shall not, without the prior approval of the Office of Insurance Regulation, sell, assign, or transfer to any third party, in return for a fee or other consideration any sums the FHCF pays under this Contract or the right to receive such sums.
