PARTIES BOUND OR COVERED. 5.1 The covered parties to this Agreement are: • The United Workers’ Union (UWU), 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx 0000; • The employers appearing in Schedule A; • All employees, whether members of the UWU or not, who are employed under a classification defined in this Agreement at any time while it is in operation.
