Cost of Arbitration The fees for a single Arbitrator or a Chair of a Board of Arbitration shall be shared equally by the parties. Other costs incurred by each party shall be the responsibility of that party.
Payment Of Arbitration Costs And Fees The arbitrator shall award all costs and expenses of the arbitration proceeding.
Expenses of Arbitrator Each Party shall pay one-half (½) of the fees and expenses of the Arbitrator.
Costs of Arbitration Each party shall bear one half the cost of the arbitration filing and hearing fees, and the cost of the arbitrator.

Fees and Expenses of Arbiters The aggregate fees and expenses of the arbiters shall be borne equally by the parties. The parties shall pay the aggregate fees and expenses within thirty (30) days after receipt of the written decision of the arbiters (unless the arbiters agree in writing on some other payment schedule). Arbitration Fees and Costs If your claim seeks more than $75,000 in the aggregate, the payment of the AAA’s fees and costs will be governed by the AAA rules. If your claims seek less than $75,000 in the aggregate, the payment of the AAA’s fees and costs will be our responsibility. However, if the arbitrator finds that your Dispute was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), the payment of the AAA’s fees and costs shall be governed by the AAA Rules and you shall reimburse us for all fees and costs that were your obligation to pay under the AAA Rules. You may hire an attorney to represent you in arbitration. You are responsible for your attorneys’ fees and additional costs and may only recover your attorneys’ fees and costs in the arbitration to the extent that you could in court if the arbitration is decided in your favor. Notwithstanding anything in this Arbitration Provision to the contrary, we will pay all fees and costs that it is required by law to pay.

Dispute Resolution Expenses If the Asset Representations Reviewer participates in a dispute resolution proceeding under Section 3.7 and its reasonable expenses for participating in the proceeding are not paid by a party to the dispute resolution within 90 days after the end of the proceeding, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for such expenses on receipt of a detailed invoice.
