Cost of Arbitration. The fees for a single Arbitrator or a Chair of a Board of Arbitration shall be shared equally by the parties. Other costs incurred by each party shall be the responsibility of that party.
Cost of Arbitration. In respect of the cost of arbitration of grievances, the parties shall share equally the fee and expenses of the sole arbitrator or the chair of the arbitration board and where applicable each party shall be responsible for the expenses of their respective nominee to the board of arbitration.

Cost of Arbitration. The cost of each arbitration proceeding, including without limitation the arbitrators' compensation and expenses, hearing room charges, court reporter transcript charges, etc., shall be allocated among the parties based upon the percentage which the portion of the contested amount not awarded to each party bears to the amount actually contested by such party. The arbitrators shall also award the party that prevails substantially in its pre-hearing position its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in connection with the arbitration. The arbitrators are specifically instructed to award attorneys' fees for instances of abuse of the discovery process.
Cost of Arbitration. Both parties agree to pay one-half of the fees and expenses of the single arbitrator. In the case of an Arbitration Board, the parties agree to pay the fees and expenses of their respective appointees and one-half of the fees and expenses of the Chair of the Arbitration Board.

Cost of Arbitration. 1. The cost of the arbitrator and expenses of the hearing will be shared equally by the University and UPTE. If either party requests that a stenographic record of the hearing be made and/or transcripts of the stenographic record or a taped record be provided, the parties shall equally share the entire cost of such service and the cost of the provision of a transcript to each party and the arbitrator.
