Common use of Parties’ Roles Clause in Contracts

Parties’ Roles. As between the parties and for the purposes of this DPA, Customershall be the Controller of the Customer Personal Data that is processed by RingCentral under the Agreement as described in Annex A and RingCentral shall process the Customer Personal Data as a Processor on Customer's behalf.
