University Place. In accordance with the Joint Procedural Agreement, UP will act as the lead agency and provide the project management necessary for planning, design and permitting work of the trail, boardwalk and bridges and associated Trail connections and amenities as necessary. UP will participate in funding and the grant application process, and will provide right-of-access to lands it owns in the canyon as set forth more fully below. As the lead agency, University Place will be advised and informed by the Designated Representatives identified in Section 5.

University Place. UVM and the City agree to jointly advance investments in the hardscape and streetscape of University Place that would improve safety and accessibility for students, faculty, and residents. It is anticipated that there will be four phases to the improvements – conceptual design, final design and construction, regulation, and maintenance.

  • University Any notice may be served upon the University by delivering it, in writing, to the University at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to the University at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of it to the University facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement.

  • Athletics Coaching stipend compensation shall be as indicated in Appendix A.

  • Cornerstone shall use its best efforts to register or qualify such shares under such other securities or "blue sky" laws of such jurisdictions as the LLC reasonably requests and do any and all other acts and things which may be reasonably necessary or advisable to enable the LLC to consummate the disposition in such jurisdictions of the Registered Shares (provided that Cornerstone shall not be required to (i) qualify generally to do business in any jurisdiction in which it would not otherwise be required to qualify but for this Section 6.9, (ii) subject itself to taxation in any such jurisdiction, or (iii) consent to general service of process in any such jurisdiction).

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Xxxxx, Haldimand, Norfolk An employee shall be granted five working days bereavement leave with pay upon the death of the employee’s spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, legal guardian, grandchild or step-grandchild.

  • Business Development Company Buyer is a business development company as defined in Section 202(a)(22) of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940.

  • Cardiff Capital Region commits to developing proposals for how better and more flexible use of data could be used to drive innovation across the public sector and within the wider economy. The Cardiff Capital Region will present a clear case to the UK Government for how a different approach to the use of specific data would improve service delivery and would benefit particular groups.

  • Professional Development Plan Professional Development Plan (PDP) refers to plans developed by faculty members addressing the criteria contained in Article 22 and Appendix G.

  • Services to the Corporation Agent will serve, at the will of the Corporation or under separate contract, if any such contract exists, as a director of the Corporation or as a director, officer or other fiduciary of an affiliate of the Corporation (including any employee benefit plan of the Corporation) faithfully and to the best of his ability so long as he is duly elected and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws or other applicable charter documents of the Corporation or such affiliate; provided, however, that Agent may at any time and for any reason resign from such position (subject to any contractual obligation that Agent may have assumed apart from this Agreement) and that the Corporation or any affiliate shall have no obligation under this Agreement to continue Agent in any such position.
