PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as "MOU") is entered into on April 6, 2014, by the City Administrative Officer, as the authorized management representative of the City, and the authorized management representatives of any City Department in which classifications listed in Appendix A may be employed (hereinafter referred to as "Management") and authorized representatives of the Engineers and Architects Association (hereinafter referred to as "Association") as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Administrative Unit.
