At-Will Employee. The Company hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts employment by the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Employee shall be an employee “at will,” terminable at any time by the Company for cause or without cause.
At-Will Employee. Executive is and will be at all times be an “at-will employee” and his employment may be terminated by him or by the Company upon sixty (60) days written notice at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause, subject to the provisions of Section 4.
At-Will Employee. The Company shall have no obligation to retain or continue Associate as an employee and Associate's employment status as an "at-will" employee of the Company is not affected by this Agreement.
At-Will Employee. This agreement clarifies certain rights and duties of EMPLOYER and EMPLOYEE. This agreement may be terminated at any time by EMPLOYER, in EMPLOYER's sole discretion. EMPLOYEE recognizes he is employed as an "at-will" employee and that this agreement may be terminated at any time and at EMPLOYER's sole discretion.
At-Will Employee. Subject to the express provisions of this Agreement, ---------------- the Company shall have no obligation to retain or continue Executive as an employee and Executive's employment status as an "at-will" employee of Company is not affected by this Agreement.
At-Will Employee. Employee shall render services under this Agreement as an at-will employee under Arizona law.
At-Will Employee. An employee who is appointed in an At-Will status and serves at the will and pleasure of the City Manager.
At-Will Employee. The obligation of the Company to pay amounts hereunder shall not alter the at-will employment status of the Employee or diminish the right of the Company to terminate the Employee’s employment with or without Cause.
At-Will Employee. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, Executive is an at will employee and may be terminated for any reason as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
At-Will Employee. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the City to terminate the employment relationship with Police Sergeant at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. It is understood by the EMPLOYEE and CITY that, in conformance with state law; this is an at-will employment relationship.
