At-Will Employee. The Company hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts employment by the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Employee shall be an employee “at will,” terminable at any time by the Company for cause or without cause.

At-Will Employee. Executive is and will be at all times be an “at-will employee” and his employment may be terminated by him or by the Company upon sixty (60) days written notice at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause, subject to the provisions of Section 4.
