Joesandra Pty Limited (the “Developer”) has made an offer to Warringah Council (the “Council”) to enter into a Planning Agreement, for the dedication of part of the Land (namely a strip of land 1.5m wide located on the western boundary of the Land) (called the “Lane Dedication Land”) in lieu of the Council compulsorily acquiring that part of the Land or having to pay for it so as to enable Xxxxxxxxxxx Place, Manly Vale to be widened an provide an appropriate and safe trafficable public road.
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The Parties to the Planning Agreement are Carrathool Shire Council (CSC), and ITP (Development) Pty Ltd (Developer). The Developer has made an offer to enter into the Planning Agreement in connection with a Development Application (Application Number: DA2020/017) for the development of the Development (Development Application).
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The Parties to the Planning Agreement are Forbes Shire Council (FSC), Lachlan Shire Council (LSC), Parkes Shire Council (PSC), (together, Host Councils) and Clean TeQ Sunrise Pty Ltd (Developer). The Developer has made an offer to enter into the Planning Agreement in connection with a State Significant Development Application (DA 374-11-00) for the development of the CleanTeQ Sunrise Mine Project (Development Application).
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The parties to the Planning Agreement are Greenland (Sydney) Bathurst Street Development Pty Ltd (Developer) and the Council of the City of Sydney (Council).
