(ii) Dahua Group Sydney Project 6 Pty Ltd as the developer (the Developer) The Planning Agreement applies to Lot 17 Deposited Plan 1168920 (the Land)
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The parties to the Planning Agreement are Dahua Group Waterloo Project Pty Ltd (Owner) and the Council of the City of Sydney (Council).
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The Parties to the Agreement are Northern Beaches Council (Council) and Warringah Road Developments Pty Limited (Developer). The Developer is the developer and owner of the land described in section 2 below and has made an offer to the Council to enter into the Planning Agreement in conjunction with the Proposed Development and the Consent, for:
(a) the dedication of part of the Land (namely a strip of land of at least 3.5m in width located on the northern boundary of the Land) (called the Dedication Area) to the relevant Roads Authority; and
(b) the carrying out of associated road and cycleway works to the Dedication Area, in lieu of Council having to pay for it (and the associated road works) so as to enable Warringah Road to be widened and provide an appropriate and safe trafficable public road. The provision of the Dedication Area (and associated road and cycle way works) is to be at no cost to the Council and free from all encumbrances.
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The parties to the Planning Agreement are Landcom (t/a UrbanGrowth NSW) (Developer) and the Council of the City of Ryde (Council).
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The parties to the Planning Agreement are:
(1) Canterbury-Bankstown City Council (Council); and
(2) Citiline Unit Trust (Developer).
Parties to the Planning Agreement. 2.1 The parties to the Planning Agreement are:
(a) WSN Environmental Solutions Pty Limited (ACN 147 652 677) (WSN),
(b) SITA Australia Pty Limited (ACN 002 902 650) (SITA),
(c) SembSita Australia Pty Limited (ACN 002 658 255) (Guarantor), and
(d) Xxxxxxxxxx Shire Council (ABN 52 018 204 808) (Council).
2.2 WSN, SITA and the Guarantor have made an offer to enter into the Planning Agreement with Council in connection with the proposed development of the Xxxxx Heights Resource Recovery Park (LHRRP).
2.3 The Minister for Planning is the consent authority for the proposed development of the LHRRP.
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The Parties to the Planning Agreement are Carrathool Shire Council (CSC), and ITP (Development) Pty Ltd (Developer). The Developer has made an offer to enter into the Planning Agreement in connection with a Development Application (Application Number: DA2020/017) for the development of the Development (Development Application).
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The parties to the Planning Agreement are Xxxxxxx Property Investment Pty Ltd (Landowner) and Canterbury-Bankstown Council (Council). The land to which the Planning Agreement applies is described as follows: Lot 29 DP 10105, Lot 30 DP 10105 and Lot 31 DP 10105, known as 000 - 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx (Development Site) The Development Site (edged in blue) and the land to be dedicated to Council (marked in red) are generally as shown on the map below.
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The parties to the Planning Agreement are Greenland (Sydney) Bathurst Street Development Pty Ltd (Developer) and the Council of the City of Sydney (Council).
Parties to the Planning Agreement. The parties to the Planning Agreement are: Greater Taree City Council (Council); and Xxxxxx’x Holding Ltd being the registered landowner of Lots 265-269 in DP754454, Lot 310 in DP 754454 and Lot 4 in DP114687 (Developer).
