Perchloroethylene (PCE) results ranged from non detect, in a sample collected at 40’ on the Southeast edge of the property, to 126,000 g/L in an area that is believed to underlie the former dry cleaning operations (TCE is 1030 in this sample). Sampling was concentrated toward the west end of the property in the area where a septic tank was discovered with PCE ranging from 123-683 g/L, and TCE from 3.86 to 16.8 g/L. In the samples with the highest concentrations of PCE and TCE several additional chlorinated and petroleum hydrocarbons were also detected. TCE concentrations ranged from 2.88 to 3.22 μg/L. Other decay products were not detected. Benzene ranged from 1.12 to 1.61 μg/L. Benzene, PCE, and TCE concentrations were above the tap water PRGs and ODEQ RBCs. Two of the three PCE detections were also above the MCL.
