Lot 4 means sale Inventory of iron scrap, stores and spares on a standalone basis (non-core asset).

Related to Lot 4

  • Lot Size means the number Underlying Assets in one Lot in a CFD.

  • Lot width means the shorter of the following two linear measurements:

  • Lot Frontage means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.

  • Lot depth Means the horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines. If the front and rear lot lines are not parallel, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the middle of the rear lot line. If there is no rear lot line, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the apex of the triangle formed by the side lot lines.   • Lot, Corner means a lot abutting upon two (2) or more streets at their intersection.

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • Side Yard means a yard of a lot extending from the front yard to the rear yard, and from the side lot line to the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

  • Lot Owner means a declarant or other person who owns a lot, or a lessee of a lot in a leasehold planned community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease the expiration or termination of which will remove the lot from the planned community, but does not include a person having an interest in a lot solely as security for an obligation.

  • Plot means two or more lots in which the rights to inter have been sold as a unit.

  • Master plumber means an individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to plan and supervise the installation of plumbing and who is licensed as a master plumber.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Corridor or "Detroit-Chicago corridor" means the area between Detroit and Chicago within which a high speed rail line is to be located. The corridor shall run between the general geographic areas established by the proposal submitted to the commission.
