Exclusive Bargaining Agents. (a) Parties to this Agreement When executed by a Producer the terms of this Agreement form a contract to which the District Councils, the Producer and the CMPA are all parties and each party agrees to fulfil the rights and obligations created under this contract and owing to another party. For greater clarity, Guild Members are bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
