Course Sponsor definition

Course Sponsor means a person approved by the Board to conduct home inspection prelicensing courses.

  • Therefore, Course Sponsor hereby grants to Students and to Carnegie Mellon a non-exclusive right to access, use, modify, copy, and create derivative works of any information, data, and/or materials (including copyrighted works) provided by the Course Sponsor solely for use in connection with the Course Project.

Course Sponsor means a nationally recognized assessing organization, appraisal organization, postsecondary educational institution, or other education delivery organization approved by the department under this section to offer courses approved by the department for Level Three assessor-appraiser certification.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
