PARTNER NOTICE OF CHANGE. 2.1 Each Partner Authority (except the County Council) may order a change to the Services (including the provision of new services) by serving a notice of change (a "Partner Notice of Change") on the Administering Authority, the Board and all other Partner Authorities setting out the required change in the Services in sufficient detail to enable the Collection Contractor to provide an Estimate.
