Common use of Partners and Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Partners and Shareholders. (a) Shareholders and partners in excess of two (2) and managers working in an operation covered by this Agreement shall join the Union and be governed by the terms and conditions as defined in this Agreement. (b) Shareholders, partners and/or managers who may be required to join the Union shall not displace or replace a member of this Union. (c) A shareholder or partner is a person who has purchased at least ten percent (10%) of the total business and continues to be a voting member of the owner group.
