Common use of Pass Key Clause in Contracts

Pass Key. The janitor of the Building may at all times keep a pass key to the Premises, and, subject to Paragraph 9.3 of the Lease, shall be allowed reasonable admittance to the Premises (excluding Tenant’s vaults, safes and similar areas designated by Tenant in advance); provided, that in any entry of the Premises, such janitor shall use its best efforts to minimize any interference with, or disturbance of, Tenant and the operation of Tenant’s business in the Premises.
