Common use of Pass Key Clause in Contracts

Pass Key. The Janitor of the Building may at all times keep a pass key to the Premises, and he and other agents of the Landlord shall at all times be allowed admittance to the Premises, with reasonable notice given to Tenant.

Pass Key. The Janitor of the Building Manager may at all times keep a pass key to the Premises, and he and other agents of the Landlord shall at all times be allowed admittance to the Premises; subject, with reasonable notice given however, to Tenant's reasonable security requirements which may prohibit access except when accompanied by Tenant's authorized security personnel.
