Passenger Names. Agent must provide the legal name of each passenger (as it appears on passenger’s valid passport) and emergency contact names and phone numbers of all U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens are due by the date specified in the applicable Group Booking Confirmation. Name corrections and name changes may be permitted in accordance with the Group Travel Terms.
