Password and Secure Access Code. The Password you chose for the Online and Mobile eBanking services is for your security. The Password is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded. You are solely responsible for safekeeping your Password. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your Password available to anyone not authorized by you to sign on your accounts. If you authorize anyone to have or use your Password, you understand that person may use the service to review all of your account information and make account transactions. You must receive and confirm a Secure Access Code at your first login and each subsequent login using an unregistered device. The Secure Access Code is good for one use, and is delivered to the phone, email, or SMS you establish as a secure access target. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your Secure Access Code available to anyone. If you authorize anyone to have or use your Secure Access Code, you understand that person may use the service to review all of your account information and make account transactions.   • Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. If you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Site or Service without your consent, you must inform us at once at the telephone number provided in Section 6 of the General Terms above.
