Passwords and Security. You acknowledge that you will be the only authorized user of Firstrade Securities Inc.'s Electronic Services for your account(s). You will be fully responsible for the confidentiality and use of your user name(s) and password (s) and you agree that you will be fully and solely responsible for all activities, including brokerage transactions, which arise from the use of your user name (s) or password(s) (except as provided for in paragraph 5 below). You also agree that you will be fully and solely responsible for all activities, including brokerage transactions, which arise from your authorization to link your brokerage account(s) to any other Firstrade Securities Inc. account(s). You acknowledge that we may tape record conversations with you, whether in person or by telephone, for purposes of verification and you consent to such recording.
Passwords and Security. Licensee is required to register as an authorized user for access to ShakeAlert Materials. Registration will include a username, password and contact information (“User Credentials”). For convenience, usernames will reasonably reflect the name of Licensee. User Credentials must be kept accurate and up to date. Licensee is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its User Credentials and will not share its User Credentials with anyone or use the User Credentials of others. While USGS will use its best efforts to provide advance notice, USGS reserves the right to disable, delete, or change Authorized User Credentials at any time if USGS reasonably believes that doing so is in the best interests of the government or serves the public’s interest, immediately without any advance notice.

Customer shall protect the confidentiality of user access credentials assigned to Customer and its Authorized Users, and not share or disclose, and shall cause its Authorized Users not to share or disclose, any such credentials to any third party. Customer is fully responsible for all activity occurring under access credentials assigned to Customer and its Authorized Users. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Neuronetics harmless from and against all claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) against or incurred by Neuronetics arising out of access of TrakStar Cloud by anyone using access credentials assigned to Customer and its Authorized Users.
Passwords and Security. You will receive a username and password upon successful completion of your Client Intake form and receipt of the payment of the “Initial Amount Due At Signing” listed on page 1 of the Service Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account/password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session (do not let it time out). Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this request.
Passwords and Security. 3.1 You are responsible for keeping your passwords secure, and you agree not to disclose your passwords to any third party.
3.2 You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your user names and accounts, including any sub-accounts. If you lose your passwords or the encryption keys for your accounts, you may not be able to access your backup data. [Note: Without this Encryption Key, SDSL are unable to restore client’s data. SDSL are unable to change or reset the Encryption Key. SDSL do not know or store any passwords].
Passwords and Security. Each party is responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all passwords, private keys, and any other codes that it uses to Transfer or receive Digital Currencies hereunder. Each party will be solely responsible for the private keys that it uses to make the Transfers and maintaining secure back-ups. Each party will promptly notify the others of any security breach of its accounts, systems or networks as soon as possible. Each party will cooperate with the other party in the investigation of any suspected unauthorized Transfers or attempted Transfers using a party’s account credentials or private keys, and any security breach of a party’s accounts, systems, or networks, and provide the other party with the results of any third-party forensic investigation that it may undertake. Each party will be responsible for any unauthorized Transfers made utilizing its passwords, private keys, and any other codes it uses to make or receive Transfers.

Passwords and Security. You will choose all applicable passwords to use in connection with the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and account. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You shall insure that you exit by form of 'Logout' from your account at the end of each session. You shall notify (IG) immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not allow any third party, related or unrelated, to use your account, unless they have been granted the use of the service as a Sub User. All Terms and Conditions still apply and it is your responsibility to ensure that your account is operated under these Terms and Conditions.

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password, and you are responsible for all activities under your account that you can reasonably control. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your username, password or other account information, or of any other breach of security that you become aware of involving your account or the Platform.

Customer will defend, indemnify, and hold Neuronetics harmless from and against all claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) against or incurred by Neuronetics arising out of access of TrakStar Internet Capability by anyone using access credentials assigned to Customer and the Authorized Users.
