Transaction Instructions definition

Transaction Instructions mean any instruction given by any means of the use of Card directly or indirectly (whether or not through the Cardholder or another Person) to the Bank to effect a transaction.
Transaction Instructions means an instruction originating from a POS machine and caused by the use of a Debit Card.

  • With respect to any Service Contract, Clients and Freelancers may enter into any written agreements that they deem appropriate (e.g., confidentiality agreements, invention assignment agreements, assignment of rights, etc.) provided that any such agreements do not conflict with, narrow, or expand TovBan’s rights and obligations under the Terms of Service, including this Agreement and the applicable Transaction Instructions.

  • When a Client pays a Freelancer for a Project or when funds related to a Project are otherwise released to a Freelancer as required by the applicable Transaction Instructions (See Section 6.1.1), TovBan Transaction Trust will credit the Freelancer Transaction Settlement Account for the full amount paid or released by the Client, and then subtract and disburse to TovBan the Service Fees.

  • Freelancers will pay TovBan a service fee for the use of the Site Services as set forth in the Charges and Fees, for using the Site Services, including but not limited to, communication, invoicing, reporting, dispute resolution and payment services, and adjudication facilitation services, as described in the applicable Transaction Instructions (the “Service Fees”).

  • Proper Instructions means Written Instructions.

  • Operating Instructions means the operating procedures, steps, and instructions for the operation of the Interconnection Facilities established from time to time by the Coordination Committee or the PJM and NYISO individual procedures and processes and includes changes from time to time by the Coordination Committee to such established procedures, steps and instructions exclusive of the individual procedures.

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).

  • Alternative modes of instruction means modes of pupil instruction, other than in-person instruction, that may include, without limitation, partnerships with other districts or intermediate districts or community colleges or institutions of higher education, use of vendors, use of online learning, telephone communications, email, virtual instruction, videos, slideshows, project-based learning, use of instructional packets, or a hybrid of multiple modes of learning that still promote recommended practices for social distancing to mitigate the spread of COVID-CD.

  • Disbursement Instruction Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to be executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.1.(a), as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent.

  • Synchronous instruction means instruction where students engage in learning in the direct presence (remote or in-person) of a teacher in real time.

  • Signature means a tangible symbol or an electronic signature that evidences the signing of a record.
