Patient Assistance Sample Clauses

Patient Assistance. For each country in the Territory, the applicable Selling Party shall have the right, but not the obligation, in accordance with its standard practice to respond to requests from individual patients who have or may obtain prescriptions for a Territory Combination Product in such country but may be unable to afford it, and from health care providers on behalf of such patients, including establishing appropriate procedures and response times that shall apply in responding to such requests. The non-Selling Party for any country in the Territory may not conduct any of the activities described in this Section 6.10.1, without the prior written consent of the Selling Party for such country.

Patient Assistance. Under the direction and supervision of Xxxxxxx/Nurse/Doctor: 1.1 Assist with positioning of patients on operating table and assist other members of the multidisciplinary team as directed. This includes but is not limited to transferring and lifting of patients. 1.2 Transfer patients between Wards, Operating Theatres, Departments and PACU as requested. On returning patient to xxxx, strip, clean and remake patient trolley. Ensure PACU equipment is returned to area after use. eg Slide boards, pillows, IV poles etc. 1.3 Maintain patient confidentiality and respect the rights and dignity of all patients. 1.4 Orientate patients and partners to xxxx/area, physical environment and routines.
Patient Assistance. After Regulatory Approval, Affimed shall establish a patient assistance program that will allow the patients without access to insurance or other resources to have access to the Product (“Patient Assistance”). LLS shall render assistance to Affimed in the setting up of such Patient Assistance if so required by Affimed. In the event of a Transfer Event, the documents providing for such transfer shall require the transferee to comply with the requirements of this Section 2.11.
Patient Assistance. HEAU will assist patients who believe they were eligible for refunds but did not receive a refund.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.
