PATIENT’S RIGHTS. a. CONTRACTOR shall give the patients notice of their rights pursuant to and in compliance with: California Welfare and Institutions Code 5323; California Administrative Code, Title 9, Chapter 1, Sub chapter 4, Article 6. In addition, in all facilities providing the services described herein the CONTRACTOR shall have prominently posted in the predominant languages of the community a list of the patients' rights.
