PAY FOR AUTHORIZED WORK ON A HOLIDAY. If an employee is scheduled to work on a holiday defined in Section 10.1 and Section 10.2, they shall receive pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for hours worked and shall in addition receive holiday pay.
